The Catholic Bishops' Conference is offering eight internships for recently graduated Catholics. Five interns will be placed with Christian MPs at Westminster, two in Public Policy with CAFOD and CARITAS Social Action Network and one in a media internship at Archbishop's House, Westminster. All these will run from September 2012 to July 2013 and include accommodation and subsistence allowances. Full details available here. Since 1966 the Friday Self Denial Group has tried to make every Friday a day of self denial. Money saved like this is collected and sent to a charity. This year we are supporting baby feeding stations in refugee camps around Khartoum, Sudan. New envelopes have arrived for distribution.
